What is Family Member Certificate?
When the head of the family passes away. The family member certificate lists the members of his/her family. The certificate is issued by the Mandal Revenue Officer.
Who needs the Certificate?
Family members of the deceased, that is wife, father, mother, son and daughter will need the certificate to avail government benefits, pensions, to transfer bank accounts, properties etc.,
Where can you apply for the Certificate
You can apply for the certificate at the nearest meeseva centre.

- Aadhaar Cards of Family Members
- Affidavit
Fee and Time required to get the certificate
The fee is Rs.45/-. It takes around 30 days.
