A Certified Copy is an authorized photo copy of the registered document used during registration of the property. It is a copy of the deed or agreement prepared and used during registration of the property. The copy is stored with the the registration department for public record.

In the State of Telangana one can apply for Certified Copy in respective Sub Registrar Office of property and one can also apply for Certified Copy in Meeseva or Eseva Centers accross the state.
In the State of Andhra Pradesh one can apply for Certified Copy in respective Sub Registrar Office of property and one can also apply for the same in Meeseva or Eseva Centers across the state.

A Certified Copy is an Authorized photo copy of the deed or agreement used during registration of the property. The deed or agreement used during the registration basically contains details of two parties involved in the transaction like sale, purchase, gift, mortgage etc.,. The deed or agreement outlines all the property details in depth, like survey number, plot number, house number, location, boundaries and details of the two parties involved and witnesses.

Documents pertaining to recent years are easily available through Meeseva or Eseva. Older documents or Missing documents from Meeseva servers can be applied and received through respective Sub Registrar Offices pertaining to the property.
