If the property like House, Flat, Building, etc., is within the limits of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), you need to submit the mutation application form along with all requisite documents. The application needs to submitted at the nearest Citizen Service Centers (CSC) located in the nearest Municipal offices.

  1. Copy of Sale Deed (to be signed by a gazetted officer)
  2. Encumbrance Certificate
  3. Market Value of Property
  4. Mutation Application Form
  5. Address Proof of Owner
  6. Indemnity bond format for mutation of property 
  7. DD of Mutation Fee in Favor of COMMISSIONER OF GHMC, payable at Hyderabad.
